- Translate client challenges into clear, actionable project briefs with data-driven hypotheses
- Deliver compelling, story-led insights using multiple data sources (scan and shopper) to drive measurable ROI
- Own and execute strategic account plans tailored to client goals and evolving needs
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor
- Identify new business opportunities and position Circana’s solutions to meet client needs
- Manage contracts, invoicing, renewals, and revenue targets
- 3+ years of experience in an insights or category role, ideally within a FMCG manufacturer, retailer or market research agency
- A sharp analytical mind, skilled in turning scan and shopper panel data into actionable insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent client-facing skills and a consultative mindset
- Proven relationship builder who thrives on collaboration and long-term partnerships
- Commercially savvy with a knack for spotting growth opportunities and driving business development
- Calm under pressure, with effective planning and prioritisation skills
