- Scheduling, coordinating and leading the internal quality and
- WHSE audit program to ensure compliance with CEA & legislative requirements.
- Managing the training and mentoring of internal auditors so as to ensure the agreed audit schedule is met.
- Conducting functional and physical configuration audits and record and report the results.
- Conducting quality induction sessions for new employees.
- Recording and process Corrective Action Requests.
- Liaising with all CEA interstate offices with regard to internal audit issues.
- Assisting with customer and certification audits.
- Contributing to the preparation of Quality Reports to senior management.
- Lead Change Management projects of specific relevance to the Quality Management System.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills including professional report writing skills.
- Management Systems auditing competency.
- A strong awareness of Quality Management Principles.
- Microsoft Office Intermediate
- Smart Draw Basic
- Internet Searching Basic
- Internal Auditor Intermediate
- CEA Database Intermediate
- QA File and Data Management Intermediate/Advanced
- An Australian Citizen
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an AGSVA clearance - NV1.
- A Lead Auditor certified by recognised Quality Organisation five or more years of commercial experience in quality auditing.
