What's the role?We're looking for a hands-on compliance manager to help Westpac protect customer trust by supporting how we manage privacy and records risks across the bank. You'll work with teams across Legal, Cyber, Data, and Technology to monitor how we handle personal information and respond to regulatory changes.This role sits in a collaborative, cross-divisional team that's focused on making privacy and records management practical, consistent, and defensible.You'll help design and run compliance monitoring, respond to data breaches, manage policies, and support training and awareness.This is a Permanent full-time role based in Sydney or Melbourne with flexible working arrangements.What do I need?

Experience managing privacy or records risks in a regulated environment
Strong understanding of compliance monitoring, policy management and controls
Ability to work with data to spot trends and gaps
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Confidence engaging with stakeholders and responding to queries
Bonus: experience in training design, policy writing, or cyber/data risk
