- Operate construction plant for maintenance and civil construction works, ensure safe and effective transport, and maintain all equipment in serviceable condition.
- $59,040 to $67,436 per annum
- Operate and maintain plant for maintenance and civil construction works while ensuring the supervision of projects to achieve timely completion within budget and to specified standards.

- Motivated and driven individual who is eager to grow and develop their skills in road grader operations.
- Possess sound literacy and numeracy skills to effectively read and interpret job instructions, operation and maintenance manuals, and accurately complete work records, including safety checks and daily run sheets.
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating a range of civil plant and transport machinery, including but not limited to Gang Trucks, Tip Trucks, Flocon and Chipper Trucks, Spray Trucks, Rollers, Tractor Mowers, Street Sweepers and Forklifts, with appropriate licensing (MR, HR, C and National High Risk Work Licence).
- Proven ability to carry out routine plant maintenance and cleaning tasks, ensuring equipment is kept in safe and serviceable condition.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment, supporting effective collaboration across work crews.
- Hold a valid General Construction Induction Card (White Card) and maintain accurate operational records in a timely manner in accordance with organisational requirements.
