You'll be responsible for the assessment, coordination, education, and management of patients with acute and chronic wounds.As the CNS2 for Wound Care, you will lead the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care across the continuum, from hospital admission to community follow-up. You'll play a key role in clinical leadership, staff education, and continuous improvement initiatives, and be a valued contributor to multidisciplinary care.This position combines hands-on clinical care, staff education, and service improvement-ideal for someone passionate about wound care who wants to make a lasting impact.About you:You are a highly skilled Registered Nurse with postgraduate qualifications in wound care and at least three years of experience in your specialty. A confident clinician and natural educator, you thrive in a collaborative team environment and are always seeking better outcomes for your patients.You'll bring:

- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, with relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years' experience working in the specified post-graduate qualification or such other qualifications or equivalent experience deemed appropriate by the public hospital or public health organisation
- Eligibility to drive in NSW with a current unrestricted driver's licence and the ability and willingness to travel for work purposes, which may involve driving long distances
