- Atleast Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery (Essential)
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Essential)
- Experience leading a kitchen in a 4* or 5* hotel, cruise ship or convention centre
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
