- Support agents in meeting tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and create materials using InDesign, Canva, and PowerPoint.
- Manage meeting logistics, including agendas, action items, and minutes.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and expense claims.
- Maintain CRM, electronic filing systems, and databases with precision.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably within the Real Estate or Property sector.
- Experience using Canva and Adobe Indesign is highly desirable.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management and ability to multi-task.
- Professional communication skills.
- Proactive in supporting and adding value to the team.
