Permanent full-time staff specialist Paediatrician, 40 hours per week.You will be joining an exciting phase of expansion for the department with 3 long standing Paediatricians and an increasing number of junior level medical staff support. For those with an academic career in teaching and research, this position has opportunities for an academic position at the local school of rural medicine.The Benefits:

- A rural referral hospital with a level 4 paediatric unit
- 8 inpatient beds for children and young people up to 18 years of age
- 2-bed special care nursery
- Supporting a level 4 maternity unit, approximately 450 deliveries annually
- A primary medical degree registrable with AHPRA and Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Physicians (Paediatrics, and/or overseas trained specialist pathways)
