- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering excellent customer service and promptly addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met with care and efficiency.
- Guide clients through accessing the organisation's services, providing necessary information and support throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, prioritising confidentiality and compliance with organisational policies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and resolve client concerns effectively.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in service delivery by providing feedback and assisting in implementing process enhancements as needed.
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and empathetically with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail, enabling effective multitasking and task prioritisation.
- A compassionate and client-centred approach, coupled with a sincere commitment to supporting individuals and families in need.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software, with a willingness to quickly learn new systems.
