- The risk services officer is the first point of contract for our Members and the role includes:
- Delivering excellent customer service.
- Receiving inbound calls.
- Providing protection quotes.
- Making changes to Members' protections and policies.
- Providing administrative support to the sales team.
- The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and previous customer service and administration experience.
