This hands-on role lets you earn while you learn, gaining valuable skills while completing a Certificate III in Horticulture. Over the next 24 months, you’ll be part of a fully supported program that blends on-the-job training with face-to-face classes about one day every three weeks at Penrith. You’ll be part of a team delivering high-quality horticultural and landscaping services while building valuable skills for your future. Guided by a clear training plan, you’ll work towards key competencies, complete assessments, and track your progress as you grow your career.For more information about traineeships, please go toYou will work in a team to keep our parks and open spaces looking their best. You’ll carry out a mix of horticultural and landscaping tasks – from mowing, planting, mulching and fertilising to spraying and watering – while keeping our trucks and equipment in good order.
