  • Manage and grow existing client accounts within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the key point of contact for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular progress reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
The Successful ApplicantA successful Sales Account Manager should have:
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally within air conditioning or electrical
  • Experience working with distribution network (Lawrence and Hansen, CNW, Sherriff Electrical)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Good understanding of the Brisbane market and its business landscape.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A valid driver's licence, as the role includes travel within the region.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • A positive attitude and a results-driven mindset.
