- Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally within air conditioning or electrical
- Experience working with distribution network (Lawrence and Hansen, CNW, Sherriff Electrical)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Good understanding of the Brisbane market and its business landscape.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A valid driver's licence, as the role includes travel within the region.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
