- Translate business challenges into AI opportunities by identifying and scoping use cases across functions.
- Define the best-fit AI models and implementation approaches for each use case, considering feasibility, impact, and ethical implications.
- Develop clear, engaging documentation and presentations that explain AI concepts, benefits, and risks to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to ensure successful delivery of AI solutions.
- Establish and track success metrics for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business KPIs.
- Support change management and adoption efforts by working closely with business stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of reusable prompt templates, agent libraries, and knowledge-sharing frameworks.
- Stay current with AI trends, tools, and regulatory considerations to inform strategy and execution
- 3-5 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, or business consulting roles.
- Demonstrated experience in AI use case development and delivery.
- Exposure to prompt engineering, LLMs, or GenAI platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong knowledge of AI concepts, models, and applications, with the ability to explain them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in business analysis or strategy roles, ideally with exposure to AI or data-driven projects.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Understanding of change management principles to support adoption of AI solutions.
- Familiarity with AI ethics, governance, and regulatory considerations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance short-term delivery and long-term strategic outcomes.
