*12 month parental leave coverAs a National Educator for Lancôme, you'll be the face of our brand, inspiring and empowering our network of beauty professionals to deliver exceptional experiences to their clients. Reporting to the Business Unit Brand Director, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of Business Unit across Victoria and beyond, with opportunities to travel nationally to deliver training programs.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering Training & Education: Provide in-depth training and education to Lancôme beauty professionals on our brand products and services, both face-to-face and online.
  • Facilitating Service Academy Programs (SRA): Lead & execute in class learning/group activities to boost way of learning Lancôme Academy programs, ensuring participants leave inspired and equipped with expert knowledge.
  • Leading & Managing Service and Beauty Tech: Lead Lancôme's services and beauty tech to ensure we deliver our CXE (consumer experience) deliverables
  • Collaborating with Business Partners: Work closely with a Lancôme Business Partner to drive consumer connection and promote sales through service excellence within the beauty network.
  • Coaching: Actively collaborate with the REM team by analysing and creating coaching plans to be executed through the CM driven by the REMs and led by Education. Lead by example facilitating in store coaching.
  • Promoting Education Programs: Actively assess skills and development needs of Beauty Professionals based on CXE, NPS, BT & sales results to create/ adjust and integrate targeted learning content. Assign and sell Lancôme education programs and seminars to enhance the skills and knowledge of beauty professionals according to needs.
  • One Retail eLearning and Social BA Community: Actively engage the Lancôme BA Community through Social posts, inspiring, recognising and or updating news including upcoming training events.
  • Collaborate with the Education & BA Community Executive driving specified eLearning completion and social chat engagement across the Lancôme BA Community team.

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure flawless execution of education programs.
  • Previous technical experience in beauty products (preferably skincare) is highly desirable.
  • Display business acumen in understanding and delivering business KPIs and results and create learning plans accordingly.
  • Previous experience within retail is highly desirable
  • A current and valid Australian driver's license.
  • Flexibility to travel across Victoria and nationally as required.
