Food Handlers Certificate (SITXFSA001 or HLTFSE001)
Recent National Police Check (issued within 12 months)

Experience in a café environment
Enthusiasm to develop the café business, increase loyalty, and boost reputation
Menu development aligned with seasons and customer preferences
