- Create, review and maintain knowledge articles within the ITSM tool
- Escalate system and software issues appropriately and in a timely manner
- Act as a technical escalation point for your team
- Review work practices to identify process improvements
- Share your knowledge by providing technical knowledge/briefing and training to junior team members.
- Actively participate as a value-added and collaborative partner with other teams and end user by understanding how your own role relates to other roles
- Participate in the after hours, on-call service on a rotational basis
- Assist with the development of standards, and applies these to track, monitor, report, resolve or escalate issues
- Ability to resolve incidents and problems through analysis and diagnosis, minimise negative impacts and restoring service
- A high touch communication approach, keeping everyone well informed
- The know-how as to when to escalate incidents and problems
- Experience to successfully install, test, upgrade, decommission, support and troubleshoot hardware, system and any other authorised peripheral equipment
