Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is looking for a dedicated Hospital Assistant Grade 2 to join our friendly team at Gosford Hospital.As a valued member of the Environmental Services team, you will play a vital role in maintaining hygiene and safety standards across the hospital, helping us deliver top-quality care to our patients and support to our staff.About the RoleAs a Hospital Assistant Grade 2, you will play an essential role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff at Gosford Hospital. Your duties will include general cleaning of hospital wards, public areas, bathrooms, and offices, as well as assisting with waste removal, restocking supplies, and other support tasks as required.You will work both independently and as part of a supportive team, following set cleaning schedules and infection control procedures to ensure high hygiene standards are met at all times. This is a physically active role that requires attention to detail, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.The position operates on a rotating roster, which includes shifts on weekends and public holidays.
