Current AHPRA registration as a Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
Good clinical assessment and care planning skills
Passion and commitment to providing a premium standard of care to the elderly
An understanding of accreditation standards, the Aged Care Act, ANAC funding continuous improvement, OHS and risk management
