It has over 800 employees with employees residing in the beautiful Mudgee area, with all the facilities for a fantastic family lifestyle.Job Tasks and ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Technical Services Superintendent, you will be a part of a dynamic and motivated team. The role will require you to:
  • Undertake underground geological and geotechnical mapping
  • Be responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of Moolarben's Underground Geological / Geotechnical Management Systems
  • Manage financial forecasting and budgeting for underground activities and exploration
Skills and ExperienceEssential Criteria:
  • Tertiary qualifications in geology
  • Minimum of 3 years' previous experience in a similar role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mining legislation, best practice industry standards and risk management.
  • Strong safety focus and high standards
  • Persons that have a practical, team-based background will be highly regarded.
