- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Postgraduate education highly desirable
- Minimum 15 years experience in marketing roles, ideally in enterprise or service based sales industries.
- Experience with high-commitment complex buying journeys is highly desirable with understanding of levers across the full consumer lifecycle.
- Experience driving change through an organisation or team to deliver improved outcomes.
- Proven experience running a portfolio or marketing function to drive growth.
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to drive business focussed outcomes internally and externally.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams and navigating matrixed stakeholder environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with a history of delivering measurable business results.
- Leans into analytics and data and is highly confident using data and insights to inform strategy, optimise performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of marketing platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, CRM, media dashboards).
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Very strong presentation and communication skills.
- Attendance at on-campus or in-person meetings as required.
- Attendance at student events and video production shoots as required, which may occur out of business hours.
- Willingness to travel interstate for any of the above as required.
