About the role:This is your chance to lead with both strategy and soul. As Centre Manager, you will create a place where children feel secure, families feel heard, and educators feel empowered.Backed by a supportive operations team and national Head Office, you will be free to focus on what matters: delivering quality, building your team, and leading with purpose.In this role, you will:
  • Lead all aspects of daily operations, ensuring the centre meets and exceeds National Quality Framework (NQF) standards, with consistent alignment to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Build and sustain a team culture defined by trust, transparency, and professional growth
  • Foster strong partnerships with families, engaging them as collaborators in their child's learning journey
  • Strengthen the services' local profile and reputation, supporting ongoing enrolment growth
  • Champion continuous quality improvement, embedding reflection and innovation into everyday practice
Ideally, we would love for you to have:
  • A Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Minimum two years of Centre Manager (or higher) experience in a long day care setting
  • A collaborative leadership style that uplifts and empowers
  • A strong grasp of the NQF, compliance, and safety regulations
  • A growth mindset, confident coaching skills, and a genuine commitment to educator development
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels
  • Community engagement experience, with the confidence to represent the centre locally
