Trade qualification in Automotive Body Refinishing
Proven experience in prestige vehicle refinishing and polishing
Exceptional colour-matching and paint application skills
Solid understanding of bodyshop procedures and insurance processes
Attention to detail and pride in producing flawless finishes
Team-oriented attitude with strong time management skills
Current Victorian driver's licence

Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out high-quality refinishing work in line with job cards, manufacturer methods, and SOPs
Colour matching, mixing, and applying paint to exacting standards, minimising wastage
Masking and applying paint to a standard requiring minimal polishing or rectification
Maintaining and cleaning spray guns, tools, and PPE
Quality checking all work before moving to the next stage of production
Assisting with apprentice training and supporting process improvements
Keeping the workspace safe, clean, and compliant with OH&S and environmental standards
