- Coordinate amenities, transport, and special requests with warmth and precision.
- Curate bespoke Noosa experiences through strong vendor relationships and local expertise.
- Lead, train, and mentor the concierge team to deliver seamless, discreet service.
- Manage rosters, performance, and team development while fostering a culture of excellence.
- Drive upselling and guest engagement through proactive service and promotional initiatives.
- Oversee reporting, budgeting, and cost control to meet financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with WHS, safety and service protocols across all touchpoints.
- Proven leadership in luxury hotel Concierge or Front Office role.
- Impeccable grooming, guest service standards, and local area knowledge.
- Proficient in OPERA PMS and Microsoft Office
- Full Australian working rights (PR or Citizen)
- Holds a valid Driver's License, RSA, and current First Aid/CPR certification.
- Physically capable of manual handling (up to 23kg) and standing for extended periods.
- Flexible availability across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Les Clefs d'Or membership (or actively pursuing) • Hospitality of tourism qualification (preferred)
