
Creative Campaign Manager

- 3-5 years creating and building ideas for creative agencies or publisher/brand
- A strong portfolio of creative strategy and building insight led concepts and ideas that are channel agnostic.
- The ability to give insights meaning and translate into ideas that are hard to argue with
- Experience in presenting to clients and building trusted relationships
- Experience directing and briefing designers and other creatives to achieve compelling creative output.
- You will have adaptive mindset with the ability to apply your creativity to multiple brands and categories without compromising on quality.
- Proven success in taking a briefs and ideas from conception through to implementation.
- Must be proficient in communicating ideas via PowerPoint

- You need to be able to create within in a process that ensures best practice, managing concurrent projects with short deadlines, whilst maintaining high quality output
- You will be comfortable working in a group environment as a contributing member of the creative team, working closely with the broader creative departments to develop ideas that communicate a brand's message in a way that cuts through and drives results.
- You need to be able to project manage different elements at once, dealing with an array of different personalities and meeting deadlines
- You need to convey the concept you have developed in an engaging way in front of agencies, clients and senior members of staff
- You need to be able to write competently and concisely explaining complex ideas in an ‘elevator pitch’ style
- You need to be able to thrive within a fast paced, highly competitive and constantly changing environment

- 5 years creating and building ideas for creative agencies or publisher/brand
- Passion, interest and experience in culture lead platform design, specifically in Sports and Entertainment
- Experience writing concept scripts for pitch work including video concepts that help sell ideas
- Experience directing and briefing designers and other creatives
- Must be proficient in communicating ideas via PowerPoint
- Experience in pitching big ideas to multiple stakeholders
