As a member of our team, you won't just work for the city; you’ll co-create it.City of Newcastle (CN) has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual who is interested in completing a two-year traineeship in Human Resources.As our Workforce Development Trainee, gain hands-on experience in two dynamic areas of HR. This is a unique opportunity to learn the ropes of talent acquisition and employee development while contributing to meaningful work that supports our people and culture.As a trainee, you’ll assist with key administrative tasks across recruitment and training coordination—from posting job ads and scheduling interviews to supporting onboarding and learning programs.
