- Provide support to the On Highway and Powergen supervisors.
- No direct reports; all technicians report to the Supervisors.
- Create and process repair orders.
- Submitting warranty claims and seeking approval for goodwill warranty.
- Prepare and send the Invoice proposals and request the Purchase order number.
- Takes credit card payments over the phone and pre-authorisation payments using the Cummins system.
- Provide prompt assistance to technicians in the absence of the supervisors.
- Non – customer facing role
- Escalates non-routine issues, providing documentation through the TSR process.
- Learn new and existing Cummins processes, systems, and practices.
- Generate accurate quotes, invoices, and reports for the customers.
- Great ability to work within a team environment.
- Relevant experience working in a similar industry.
- Trade qualified preferred but not essential
- Good time management skills
- Communicates effectively
- Able to manage conflict

- Keen attention to detail.
- Sound computer experience
