kristin.giles@mht.vic.gov.auPosition DetailsAbout the role:Working as part of a small team, the Legal Officer provides often time-critical oral and written legal advice to Tribunal members and staff about the Tribunal's statutory functions. The Legal Officer co-ordinates the preparation and editing of statements of reasons; and prepares responses to more complex FOI and other requests for hearing documents. The Legal Officer also develops or contributes to legal projects such as preparing or updating legal guidance and procedures for members and staff.About us:At the Victorian Department of Health we want a future where Victorians are the healthiest people in the world.
