Maintain the buildings, grounds and gardens services within the District to ensure the safe, efficient and presentable upkeep of property.
General gardening and labour duties.
Replace and cleaning of air-conditioning filters; maintenance of air conditioning, electrical distribution, and gas reticulation plant rooms; and removal of general and clinical waste using garbage compactus vehicle.
This position will be required to undertake portable electrical appliance testing, Fire Safety Officer training and training in the operation of a hydrotherapy pool.

Demonstrated experience in a grounds maintenance industry and the maintenance of commercial mechanical gardening equipment.
NSW drivers licence MR class
Computer literate with demonstrated willingness to learn new tasks and ability to adapt to changing work practices.
Demonstrated knowledge of safe work practices and compliance with appropriate safety policies and procedures.
Possess or willing to complete Portable Electrical Appliance Testing Accreditation.
