- Travel to multiple agricultural dealership locations within your region to support sales teams in providing finance and insurance solutions to customers.
- Promote and sell a range of finance products suitable for agricultural customers, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve and exceed finance sales targets across all assigned dealerships.
- Conduct customer interviews to assess needs and structure appropriate finance packages for equipment purchases.
- Develop strong relationships with farmers, agribusiness clients, and dealership stakeholders to build long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Coach, mentor, and develop dealership sales staff to increase their confidence and capability in presenting finance options.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of agricultural finance products, interest rates, lending policies, and relevant regulations.
- Ensure accurate preparation and submission of finance documentation, maintaining high compliance standards.
- Analyse finance performance reports and implement initiatives to drive improvement and growth.
- Represent the dealer group professionally, embodying integrity, customer focus, and the values of the agricultural community.
- Proven experience in finance and insurance sales, preferably within agricultural equipment finance, automotive finance, or equipment lending.
- An understanding of agricultural customer needs and equipment finance solutions.
- Demonstrated success in achieving finance sales targets in a dealership or lending environment would be an asset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to coach and develop sales teams to enhance finance penetration and customer experience.
- High level of self-motivation with excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to travel extensively within the region with a valid driver's licence.
- Relevant qualifications in Finance, Business, Agribusiness, or related disciplines are desirable.
