We create nutrition plans unique to each pet, because it’s not just about living longer, but living well too.Our mission is to increase the lifespan of dogs and cats.RequirementsLyka is growing and we're looking for an exceptional Senior Performance Creative with experience creating digital content for a scaling direct to consumer business.As our Senior Performance Creative your responsibilities will include:

Driving, managing and executing a performance led creative calendar
Collaborating with our growth performance team on creative briefs
Leading the ideation and execution of ideas with support from the creative lead
Resourcing and collaborating with our producer and creative team to support output
Driving high growth results on performance channels while maintaining level and consistency of brand

What you'll bring:

4+ years' agency and/or client-side experience in creative marketing, successfully delivering growth results across digital channels
Experience working on performance acquisition campaigns, delivering high volume, high quality assets
A proficient understanding of performance marketing channels, social platform best practices, and user acquisition
A portfolio that demonstrates Performance Marketing Creative concepts and craft
Excellent communication skills; the ability to translate complex ideas into simple and smart forms
High energy, with a bias for action and innovation, constantly challenging, reinventing and driving high results
A commitment to living and working in accordance with Lyka’s values and principles at the workplace
