● Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you'll be easy to talk to
● The ability to think on your feet and offer guests solutions and information especially to those new to local area
● Tech savvy - you'll have a good grasp of common PC software and an ability to quickly learn hotel specific software
● The ability to work part time shifts on a rotating roster mostly between 7am - 11pm, over 7 days a week, and help out with overnight shifts when needed.What you can expect from us:We give our people everything they need to succeed.
