We have evolved through an ongoing commitment to best manufacturing practices, innovative design, customer service, and technology for quality delivery.Job DescriptionAbout the Role:We currently have an opportunity for a full time, permanent administrator to join our highlyskilled and professional team in our spare parts division. This is a Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm role.Reporting to the Spare Parts Manager some of your key responsibilities will include:· Receive and answer telephone calls via the Call Centre.· Respond to emails in a shared Spare Parts mailbox in a timely manner.· Order processing.· Processing cash payments.· Processing returns and pricing credits.· Process new parts requests· Build and maintain strong relationships with key Temperzone account holders.· Provide high level of customer service across all functions.QualificationsWhat you will bring to the role:· Experience in a similar role.· Experience in spare parts would be advantageous but not essential.· Customer Service / Administration experience.· Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills· Disciplined and accurate approach to data entry· Established computer skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and 365· Basic accounting knowledge.· High level of attention to detail.· Communication and teamwork.Additional InformationWhat we can offer:If you are a team player with great work ethic that shows drive and initiative along with attention to detail, you will be rewarded with excellent working conditions, a supportive management team, ongoing training, development, and exciting career growth opportunities.
