This role requires an individual who has excellent operational and organisational corporate communications skills, can communicate effectively with multiple levels of internal and external audiences, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the organization, and demonstrate strategic thinking and initiative.Let's talk about responsibilities:This is a hands-on role with a mix of strategy and execution, where you will:
- Collaborate with the Director of Corporate Communications to develop compelling product narratives and strategic communication plans.
- Lead content creation and execution across multiple internal and external communication channels.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive calendar for Product and Revenue communications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Demonstrate strong operational and organizational skills in content creation and channel management, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
- Focus on internal communication initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement.
- Craft communication plans for organizational events and product launches, utilizing both internal and external channels efficiently.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between product, marketing, and communication teams to maximize impact and effectiveness.
- Build and nurture relationships with key business stakeholders.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in communication, marketing, journalism, or public relations.
- Relevant experience (5+years) in corporate communications or related field.
- Strong writing and content creation skills with the ability to develop and execute content for audiences that drives understanding of the business, strategy, and goals.
- Direct experience in internal communications, preferably supporting line-of-business stakeholders.
- Ability to be a thought partner on strategy and do the work for effective execution.
- Proven track record of driving engagement through communications projects and campaigns.
- Excellent project management and follow-through with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including a demonstrated ability to know when problems can be solved unilaterally vs. escalated.
- Experience in healthcare, technology, or regulated industries is preferred.
