👤 Reports to: Production CoordinatorAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Packer to join our Manufacturing team in Kewdale. In this essential role, you will be responsible for the efficient, accurate, and high-quality packaging of finished products in accordance with company standards.You will support production continuity, contribute to improved product presentation, and help maintain our strong reputation for customer satisfaction through fast and accurate order fulfillment.Key Responsibilities
- Pack finished products into designated containers or packaging according to standard procedures and specifications
- Inspect products for quality assurance prior to packaging
- Label packaged goods accurately with product codes, lot numbers, and relevant information
- Use QR code scanning and data entry into Pronto systems; request manuals from Drafting Department
- Operate packaging machinery (e.g. label applicators) safely and efficiently
- Monitor inventory of packaging materials and report low stock levels to avoid production delays
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, especially around packaging areas
- Follow all workplace health and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Perform other packaging and production-related tasks as assigned
✔ High school diploma or equivalent (Essential)
✔ Previous experience in manufacturing or packaging (Desirable but not required)
✔ Basic math skills for counting, sorting, and recording quantities
✔ Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
✔ Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items repeatedly
