- You will report to the Distribution Centre Warehouse Operations Supervisor
- You pick, pack and ship orders in a timely manner as assigned by management
- You meet or exceed engineered metrics within each department i.e. units picked per hour
- You are capable of adapting to third party technologies (RF Guns and Voice Picking)
- You support and perform audits during inventory counts.
- You encourage and maintain a safe work environment.
- You will be responsible for basic operation of computer systems and stock counters.
- You encourage and foster a spirit of personal development and entrepreneurship.
- You keep the warehouse neat and organized at all times and adhere to warehouse floor policies and safety measures.
- You are adaptable to a busy, noisy and occasionally hot/cold environment.
- You occasionally lift product or boxes up to 20kgs.
- You complete other duties as assigned by Management.
- You have the ability to communicate clearly and objectively, aiding to the success of the team.
- You have strong organizational, prioritizing, problem solving and counting skills.
- You are detail oriented.

- Must have 3 to 5 days availability on a weekly basis.
- Shift times varies starting from 7am up to 7pm
