Salary: $35.27 - $38.48 + 25% Casual Loading + Shift Penalties + Salary PackagingAbout The Role:As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of individuals with disabilities by providing tailored support to help them live independently, engage in the community, and develop essential life skills.Responsibilities will include:

Delivering creative and engaging individual or group activities
Supporting clients in achieving personal and developmental goals
Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal preparation
Providing in-home and community-based support to promote independence
Encouraging skill development through mentoring and positive role modelling
Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure high-quality care
Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with guidelines

About You:You will share our values of empowerment, kindness, innovation, and integrity and be:

Transferrable skills and/or study in a related field
A strong passion for empowering individuals with a disability
Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
A valid Queensland Driver’s Licence and fully insured vehicle to support clients.
A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
