- Partner with industry peers to strengthen MUFG Retirement Solutions insurance capability and reputation as a thought leader.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and embed strong risk management practices.
- Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to deliver aligned, customer-first solutions.
- 5+ years' leadership experience in Life Insurance operations within large, complex organisations with strong background in claims and/or underwriting in Life Insurance.
- Proven ability to lead change, manage ambiguity, and deliver transformation.
- Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability.
- Proven customer focus and a strategic mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
