- Provide support to the client in administering the terms of all leases.
- Assist the client to maintain an up-to-date tenancy schedule and calendar of significant events.
- Regular Inspection of the Centre/s to ensure the highest level of housekeeping together with the co-ordination of any works (as required).
- Establishing and maintaining liaison with all tenants and occupiers of the Centre to ensure their satisfaction.
- Provide recommendations to the Facilities Manager for maintenance works and Capital Expenditure
- Attend regular client management meetings and conference calls.
- Provide a weekly summary report on Tenant Performance and Feedback and Property Presentation
- A minimum of 2 years previous experience in the Property Industry in Retail Property Management/Centre Management.
- Relevant degree, i.e. Bachelor of Business (Property) preferred.
- Full Real Estate License (Mandatory).
- Current Drivers Licence (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of Centre operations.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Customer centric approach.
- Strong communicator (verbal and written).
- Proactive and flexible.
