- Answer inbound calls from tenants reporting maintenance issues, inquiries regarding repairs, or other housing-related concerns.
- Log maintenance requests into the system and ensure they are directed to the appropriate team or contractor for resolution.
- Follow up with tenants on the progress of their maintenance requests and provide updates as needed.
- Coordinate with contractors, maintenance teams, and property managers to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure that all service level agreements (SLAs) for response times and issue resolution are met.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions taken with tenants in the system.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer service in all interactions with tenants.
- Adhere to relevant health and safety guidelines and company policies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
- Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
