About Our ClientOur client, an established enterprise located in the Southeast of Melbourne, is a successful Fortune 200 Company operating across 57 countries globally. They seek a dynamic addition to their devoted payroll team to further enhance the organisation's prosperity.Job DescriptionYour duties will include, but not be limited to;

Performing end-to-end payroll for weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay cycles.
Oversee and assist in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of payroll forms, records, and documents.
Ensuring any payroll discrepancies and enquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare records related to payroll, such as, employee information, time sheets, benefits, salaries, and more.
Participate in complex payroll support functions such as input of new employees, applications for terminations, contract adjustments and similar functions.
Any additional ADHOC tasks that may be required of you.

The Successful ApplicantThe successful applicant will;

Have end-to-end payroll experience, ideally with 500+ employees on the payroll.
Have strong attention to detail, with appropriate knowledge of relevant awards and EBAs.
Attain an ability to lead the payroll team, building influential relationships and drive improvement in the team.
