- Assist with boutique operations including stock management, online orders, and loss prevention
- Maintain strong standards of visual merchandising and presentation in line with brand expectations
- Support management with client engagement strategies and contribute to a positive team culture
- A genuine love for fashion, unique style, and creativity
- Fashion degree or similar education (highly valued) to support in-depth styling and design conversations
- Strong retail experience, ideally in luxury or premium fashion
- Previous exposure to garment construction, styling, or modelling
- Proven track record of achieving sales and service targets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients across all demographics
