About the RoleThe position is primarily responsible for supervising a team of Security Officers and providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team.This is a FIFO (fly in fly out) role departing from Brisbane to client site in Mount Isa. Shared accommodation and meals will be provided for the rotation. Working on a 7 on 7 off rotational roster consisting of 12 hour shifts of days and nights provides work life balance. Duties include but are not limited to:

Manage stakeholder and client relations
Respond to client enquiries
Assist in emergency response incidents
Maintain reports and compliance
Manage the security personnel team
Maintain training programs for personnel

Skills & Experience:

QLD Open Drivers Licence
QLD Security Licence – with the functions of unarmed, monitoring and crowd control

Security Licence is funded by MSS Security where a return of service agreement is entered
Certificate II in Security Operations
First Aid and CPR certification
Have an intermediate level of proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication, customer relations skills and use of radio
