- Manage and service your own portfolio of commercial and SME clients
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Follow up warm leads and inbound enquiries
- Identify growth opportunities and cross-sell where appropriate
- Provide tailored insurance solutions that put clients first
- Work closely with the internal support team on quoting, renewals, and compliance
- 3+ years' experience in a broking role
- Confidence managing a portfolio independently
- A proactive attitude towards business development
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Tier 1 (or working towards it) and solid industry knowledge
- A team-focused mindset and client-first approach
