- Lead and represent the AHA team within Monash Health's AHA leadership group
- Support therapists and multidisciplinary teams in clinical and non-clinical tasks
- Deliver therapeutic activities, home visits, and group programs under delegation
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement and aged care reform
- Educate clients, carers, and staff as delegated
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and aged care quality standards
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in delivering delegated therapeutic programs in home and community settings
- Coordinate and prioritise caseloads and workflow to ensure effective, safe, and timely client care
- A strong understanding of aged care services, reforms, and client-centred care practices
- Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
- A commitment to continuous improvement, quality, and safety in care delivery
- Confidence to contribute to leadership groups and represent the AHA profession across the service
- Certificate IV Allied Health Assistance and has completed a minimum of three years of experience (fulltime equivalent) as a Grade 2 (or equivalent)
- Eligibility for membership of AHANA as a Practicing Member (Certified)
- Current Victorian drivers licence
- Current and Satisfactory Aged Care Clearance (Police Check/Aged Care Worker Screen)
- Current and Satisfactory NDIS workers check and NDIS worker orientation certificate of completion
- No current Aged Care Banning Orders in place (as per Register of Banning Orders)
