Take a quick look at " " in the Far West.About the roleAs the Diversity Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing diversity, inclusion and belonging initiatives and strategies. - Development, coordination and implementation of diversity initiatives and strategies to promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Establish partnerships and collaborative relationships within NSW Health and with other organisations diversity and inclusion subject matter experts.
- Develop innovative workforce and diversity projects to ensure a committed, connected and engaged workforce.
- 5 weeks paid annual leave per year

In this role you will be the face and ambassador of all things to do with Diversity and Inclusion to attract, influence, partner within, to grow our reputation both externally and internally. You are a people person who is empathetic with high emotional intelligence to connect with all walks of life and will have the following:
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent and extensive experience in project management including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- High level interpersonal and influencing skills including proven experience in coaching, challenging and educating business leaders in how to support and drive diversity and inclusion.
- Demonstrated experience in leading key diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives (including but not limited to, Disability inclusiveness, Culturally and Linguistically diverse initiatives, Gender Equity in leadership, and LGBTIQ+ programs.)
- Proven organisational skills including a high degree of initiative and flexibility, the ability to manage resources to meet competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve assigned goals and objectives in a high functioning team environment.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare detailed reports, policies and management briefs.
- Evidence of a current unrestricted drivers' licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
