Job Description:We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling mechanical or electronic components, performing inspections, and ensuring that all products meet quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructionsAssemble mechanical, electrical, or electronic components with precision and careOperate hand tools and power tools to perform assembly tasksConduct functionality and quality tests on finished productsIdentify and troubleshoot assembly issues and component defectsMaintain accurate records of work completed and materials usedCollaborate with engineers and other technicians to improve assembly processesAdhere to all safety protocols and manufacturing standardsKeep work area clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient environmentAssist in inventory management and reporting material shortagesRequirements:High school diploma or technical certification in mechanical or electrical fieldsProven experience as an assembly technician or in a similar roleFamiliarity with manufacturing tools, machines, and materialsStrong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordinationBasic understanding of electrical and mechanical systemsAbility to work independently or as part of a teamGood physical stamina and manual dexterityWillingness to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
