Design & Build Recruitment are searching for an enthusiastic and driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial, education and hospitality projects across Brisbane. This role will suit someone with a proven track record in managing this style of project, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders.Whilst this is primarily a Brisbane based role, there may be the requirement to travel to regional areas of QLD.Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of commercial projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve quality outcomes while adhering to safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, contracts, and specifications.
- Previous experience in managing commercial, education or hospitality projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies and best practices.
- Is already living in QLD or has plans for immediate relocation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
