Due to increasing client demands, Randstad is currently recruiting multiple Assemblers for a highly respected client located in Rydalmere. The ideal candidates will have experience working in a laboratory or production environment, or a background in electronic or mechanical assembly. Strong attention to detail is essential, and experience with electrical testing, soldering, wire preparation, cable routing and wiring.Role Overview:
As an Acoustics Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electrical components and acoustic systems used in soundproofing and audio technology. You will work in a fast-paced environment with cutting-edge technology, contributing to the manufacturing of high-performance acoustics products.Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrical components and acoustic systems according to detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Perform soldering, wiring, and assembly tasks on audio and acoustics equipment
- Test and troubleshoot acoustic and electrical systems to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve production issues
- Maintain a clean and organised work space, adhering to all safety and quality protocols
- Assist in the development and improvement of manufacturing processes
- Ensure all products are assembled within production deadlines
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Ability to pass a national police check and obtain a defence baseline clearance
- Proven experience in electrical assembly, preferably in acoustics, audio equipment, or related industries
- Strong understanding of electrical components, wiring, and assembly techniques
- Experience with soldering, wiring diagrams, and testing equipment
- Familiarity with acoustics principles, soundproofing materials, and audio equipment is an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Knowledge of acoustics, soundproofing, or audio equipment production
- Relevant certifications in electrical assembly or acoustics
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment
