We've partnered with a leading metal recycling company committed to sustainable and efficient recycling solutions. With a focus on safety, environmental responsibility, and teamwork, we're looking for a motivated general hand/labourer to join the crew at our busy yard. This hands-on role is based in Milperra and no two days are the same!Benefits

About the RoleAs a General Hand, you'll be involved in a wide range of tasks that support the day-to-day operations of the recycling yard. Duties include:
  • Sorting and processing metal materials
  • Operating basic tools and equipment
  • Loading and unloading scrap materials
  • Manual handling and general labour
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area
  • Assisting machine operators and yard staff as needed
  • Following safety and environmental protocols
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in recycling, construction, warehousing, or manufacturing is a plus
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
  • Basic understanding of workplace safety
  • Able to follow instructions and work in a team environment
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Forklift licence is advantageous, but not essential
