This is a dynamic, front-facing role that blends customer service, sales support, and office coordination.You'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while also supporting the internal sales and operations teams with quotes, scheduling, and CRM updates.This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to every task.Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound calls, emails, and reception duties with professionalism and warmth
Support the sales team with quoting, client follow-ups, and CRM updates
Coordinate with operations and scheduling teams to ensure service delivery
Assist with general office administration, including filing, invoicing, and reporting
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes
Liaise with clients and vendors to resolve queries and escalate issues where needed
Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold the company's service standards

The Candidate:We're looking for someone with:
3+ years' experience in a sales support, customer service, or admin role
Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
Solid IT capabilities, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy office setting
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn the waste services industry
Prior experience in waste, logistics, or service-based industries is highly regarded
